The product obtained from skimmed milk of cow or buffalo or combination thereof by the removal of water through Spray drying and Nozzle drying Process.
* Description
Hardayal skimmed milk powder is a homogeneous, free from lumps except those that break readily under slight pressure and free from scorched particles, powder manufactured from fresh skim milk via spray drying process or nozzle drying process; it is off white to light cream in colour with a clean, milky flavour of fresh skim milk, low, medium or high heat grades of same can be provided as per requirement.
