Milk

Milk defined as the lacteal secretion obtained by the complete milking of one or more healthy milk animals, which is free from colostrums. Cow milk shall contain not less than 8.5% of Solids-not-fat and not less than 3.5% of milk fat while buffalo milk shall contain not less than 9.0% SNF and not less than 6.0 % milk fat.
